 The Fonte Flamme fireplaces are guaranteed for 5 years, from the delivery date, against any manufacturing vice or default in the material recognized by our departments, apart from the accessories. - The guarantee is only available if the product is installed : 1) According to the recommendations included into the installation instruction. The manufacturer does not take part in the installation. 2) According to the French standard NFP 51-202 référence DTU N° 24-2 when the fireplace is installed in France and according to the standard of each country. - The guarantee consists in the replacement of the parts that are recognized being defective by our departments, in normal use conditions, and except every other compensation. - The replacement of parts cannot have as an effect the extension of the guarantee. - The buyer is in charge of the transport expenses, the labour costs, the remove and installation costs and the immobilization costs. - The guarantee that is allowed by the manufacturer as it is defined limits his responsibility. - In case of the transfer of the goods, the guarantee is suspended. - The advices concerning the installation and the use of the fireplaces do not pretend to know every situations and moreover these advices do not take the place of a professional. - A strict control of the parts is done at the factory so that you can have a quality product. Nevertheless, slight differences can take place, without damaging the presentation and the efficiency of the product. - The glasses are not guaranted. |
